Margret Schulenburg

Margret learned the real estate business from scratch and is qualified as a real estate agent (IHK), real estate economist (ebs) and fully qualified lawyer.

She has been active in the real estate industry for over 20 years, with many years of experience in the institutional real estate fund business, including the position as Managing Director at BaFin-regulated capital management company with up to 3 billion euros in assets under management. She has particular experience within the Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank eG, the leading bank in the healthcare sector.

At Belgreen Capital, Margret is responsible for fund and portfolio management and is the contact person for institutional investors.

Joseph H. Schrull III

Joe has a degree in business administration and is a graduate of the Kellogg / WHU Executive MBA program. He is also HypZert (F), MRICS, Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Foundation and Estate Planner (CFEP) and DIN 17029 expert for property valuation.

Joe has 20 years of experience as a multi and single family officer. Among other things, he worked for a family in Hamburg and as a founding partner of the Five Minds Group, a Corporate Finance & Multi Family Office. He has many years of real estate experience, especially in the area of nursing and health care properties, where he was responsible for transactions in the mid three-digit million range.

At Belgreen Capital, Joe is responsible for real estate investment management and transaction business.
