As real estate investment and asset managers we map the entire value chain within the real estate cycle for institutional investors. Allocations are made taking into account the risk-return profile while buy, sell and hold analysis are carried out on a regular basis. Due to our particular management competence and experience in the field of health care, office light industrial, social and residential property we focus exclusively on these asset classes.
