Belgreen Care Fund I addresses institutional investors and invests throughout Germany in Social and Health Care Real Estate. By investing in health and medical care centers, retirement homes, long-term care homes, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, senior and student living, affordable housing, day care centers and public buildings investors obtain non-cyclical cash flow.

Investments are only made in locations that justify a very long-term investment decision based on the specific use of the property. When selecting individual assets, particular attention is paid to demographic trends as well as to local social and health care demand and supply structures. Thanks to leases with generally very long rental periods and little change of location within the medical sector, investing in social and health care real estate ensures investor security.
