As Real Estate Investment Manager, we take on strategic asset management for individual properties and portfolios, both for our own funds and for third parties.
With active property management, we ensure overall value retention and the sustainable increase in value of the property. An essential part of this is rental management and key account support for existing tenants and key accounts. In addition, we plan and implement construction measures within the portfolio, for example sustainability to secure long-term rentability. We select, control, and monitor local suppliers such as property or facility managers, we perform a comprehensive property controlling and ongoing monitoring of the real estate values including forward planning for several years.
